FAQ
Download your everydrop® water filter guide here, or use the Filter Finder tool located at the top of this page.
For clean, fresh tasting water, everydrop® recommends replacing your water filter every 6 months. It may need to be changed more frequently depending on your usage and water quality.
Your water filter is not self-cleaning. Resetting your indicator light will not reset your filter or clean it. Only regular replacement of your water filter will ensure your family has a continuous supply of clean filtered water.

After replacing the filter, flush air from the system to prevent the dispenser from dripping.
Using a cup, press and hold the dispenser for 5 seconds, and then release for 5 seconds.
Repeat until water flows, and then continue for an additional 2 minutes.
If your dispenser drips, do this again to flush air that enters the system from the water supply.
